What this site collects, why, and what happens to it.

Who is responsible

What this site collects
When you submit a form, the following is collected:
- The information you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number and your message.
- Context about the enquiry, such as the page you submitted from, the property or area it relates to, and your stated timeline.
- How you arrived at the site — the referring website and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.
- Technical information including your IP address, browser user agent and the time of submission. This is retained as evidence of your consent.
The site does not collect payment details, government identifiers or any special category of personal information, and you should not send those through these forms.
Why it is collected
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To keep the context of your enquiry so I do not have to ask you to repeat it.
- To send you material you specifically requested, such as the relocation guide.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful, in aggregate.
Consent and contact
By submitting this form you agree that Ruairi McGuire and RE/MAX Collective may contact you about your enquiry by phone, text message or email. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can ask to stop being contacted at any time.
Consent is recorded with a timestamp when you tick the box. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any message, or by contacting me directly using the details above. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link that works.
Who it is shared with
Your information may be shared with RE/MAX Collective where the brokerage relationship requires it, and with service providers that operate this site and its customer relationship tools. It is not sold, and it is not shared with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Where a transaction proceeds, information may be shared with the parties necessary to complete it — for example a title company, lender, inspector or the other side's brokerage.
Analytics
This site uses analytics to understand aggregate usage — which pages are read, which journeys lead to enquiries. It is configured to inform decisions about the site rather than to build advertising profiles of individuals.
Property search and IDX
Listing information is provided in part by the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program of Stellar MLS. Properties displayed may be listed by brokerages other than RE/MAX Collective, and the listing brokerage is identified on each property. Information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the MLS or by RE/MAX Collective, and should be independently verified.
Where property search is provided through a third-party IDX platform, that platform may apply its own privacy terms to information you submit within it.
Retention
Enquiries and consent records are retained for as long as needed to respond and to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to real estate transactions in Florida. You can ask me to delete your information and I will do so where no legal obligation requires me to keep it.
Your choices
- Ask what information I hold about you.
- Ask me to correct it.
- Ask me to delete it, subject to the retention note above.
- Ask me to stop contacting you, entirely or by a particular method.

Cookies and storage
This site stores a small record in your browser noting how you first arrived, so that if you later make an enquiry the context comes with it. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings. Clearing it does not affect your ability to use the site.
Children
This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their information.

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date.
